The event does not offer dedicated parking spaces or valet service — participants driving to the venue will need to find their own parking and cover the cost themselves.The nearest parking lot to the venue is Songshan Station Underground Parking; please refer to the on-site signage for actual availability and rates.Since the venue is near Songshan MRT Station, parking can be harder to find on weekends — we recommend taking public transportation instead!

Take the MRT Songshan-Xindian Line (Green Line) to Songshan Station. Exit via Exit 4A and walk toward Wufenpu — you'll see the Fo Guang Shan building, with Plantarium located on B1.

ICTEF's forums, side events, and immersive exhibition are primarily designed for participants aged 13 and up (junior high school level and above).From junior high students, young people, and parents to educators and the general public — anyone curious about thinking, education, and the future is welcome to join.Those under 13 are still welcome to attend some activities, but certain topics, texts, and discussions may be harder to follow, so we recommend accompaniment by a parent or guardian.

活動依講者及場次安排，以中文或英文進行，英文場次會於議程中特別標示。現場將提供中英文即時翻譯軟體，可以一邊聽講、一邊透過手機查看即時翻譯。參與英文場次時，建議自備手機、網路與行動電源。Sessions are conducted in either Chinese or English, depending on the speaker and session. English sessions will be specially marked in the agenda.Live Chinese-English simultaneous translation software will be provided on-site, allowing you to follow along on your phone while listening. For English sessions, we recommend bringing your own phone, internet access, and a portable charger.

The venue does not provide meals, but water dispensers are available. Remember to bring your own water bottle to refill.The venue is an entirely vegetarian space, so vegetarian food may be brought in, but please do not bring meat or non-vegetarian food. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and you're welcome to step out to eat during breaks between sessions.
